Filtrafine's parent company, Bright Sheland International, was founded in 1985 in Taipei, Taiwan to provide filtration and purification solutions to customers in Taiwan. Through the years, the company developed strong relationships with customers in leading markets by providing economical solutions that solve complex filtration and purification issues. In many cases, these solutions were based on the development of custom products that incorporated proprietary filter media.
In response to its customers increasingly sophisticated filtration requirements, Filtrafine established product research and development capabilities in its facilities in its Douliou, Taiwan and Shanghai, China facilities. Each facility is staffed with a team product development engineers and is equipped with state of the art laboratory and analytical equipment. The company maintains a global network of filtration media suppliers which enables it to incorporate the latest material science advancements into its product range. In addition, the company works with its supplier network to develop customized filtration media based on specific customer requirements.
Filtrafine Corporation has four manufacturing facilities (1 in Taiwan and 3 in China) that are all ISO 9001 certified. The company has invested in many proprietary manufacturing processes that enable it to produce high quality products that deliver performance and economy of use.
